The BRAND NEW AND COMPLETELY RENOVATED "Old Fashioned" is one of three historic restored homes located in the Heart of Butchertown, in downtown Louisville, KY. This private listing accommodates 6 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen which flows into the lounge and steps away is the common/shared patio located at the Butchertown Bourbon House. The patio is shared with all properties located at the Butchertown Bourbon House. This property was developed and designed with a playful stay in mind. The breakdown of accomodations is as follows: OLD FASHIONED - Sleeps 6 Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1 - 2nd floor with 1 Queen bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 - 2nd Floor with 1 Queen Bed + Full Daybed with Trundle (Sleeps 4) Self check-in with automated locks. A unique code for the keypad will be sent with check-in instructions.
