The property manager was very responsive via text. They included many "extras" like nice shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. Wifi was strong & consistent (ran multiple Google Meets at the same time as other applications). This is a new rental and there were a couple kinks to work out as expected, but nothing major. I would suggest the owner add an oscillating fan for the bedroom to help circulate air and provide some "white noise." Note - This may not be the quietest rental if that is what you are looking for; there is noise from near-by business, parking lot, and there was also work being done on the outside of the building during our 5-night stay (tuck-pointing, scissor lift, landscaping, etc.).
