Jul 16, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Good home but needs small details It was extremely hard getting in touch with someone from the platform provided, for we had some things of concern over the weekend. We tried texting over and over through the app, but apparently, it was not going through. Some of our concerns were, No hot water (warm only) no Iron, No washer as advertised, we had problems with the TV in the room without a door, parking pass did not work (I got a ticket for not moving vehicle in time) was not given instructions on where to take the trash so we put it in trash next to the building. However, it was not all bad! Great location, unit was very nice and clean and the kids had a good time competing on the video game.. ##### Cornelius Y.
