The Barrett house was super cute, clean and well stocked with comfortable beds. The house sits on a main road with a couple of bars across the street. The house was clean and kitchen was stocked with snacks, coffee, and water bottles.We were a bit surprised to find that one of the bedrooms is just a queen bed in the down stairs common area (the house is split into 2 separate identical units). Luckily this wasn’t a big issue for our group, but the couple in that “bedroom” didn’t have much privacy. The accommodations were perfect for 3 couples or 6 friends as long as you don’t mind walking past one of the beds to get to the bathroom downstairs. Very Clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It would be helpful to get a few new toasters and a few frying pans, but otherwise well equipped!
