The house is well suited for multiple families. We were in town with some friends for a baseball tournament. Friends took the lower level unit and we took the upper unit. Living room and dining room in upper unit were both big enough for all of us to visit together. Then, at the end of the evening, we had our own space. Communication with the host was excellent. We were a bit concerned about potential noise from the bar across the street but it was not an issue at all (at least on a M/Tu/Wed night) - a very friendly place as well. Breakfast at the nearby BBB was excellent. Street noise in the evening was not an issue. If you are light sleeper and trying to sleep late it could be a challenge. Two queen beds on first floor ( four steps required to enter property). King bed and spacious living room upstairs. Two big total bathrooms with laundry.
