This location made it easy to get to and from the arena quickly. Many restaurants within walking distance was a plus. Place was clean, beds comfortable, and nice extras like Disney+ and HULU, coffee/creamer/sugar in the kitchen, large bottles of shampoo etc in the baths. And we really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood: great places to eat and drink, with an overall friendly and hip vibe. It was a Friday night so there was a little bit of street noise - maybe pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper, just in case - but on the whole I'd recommend this place to anyone.
