I am very sorry that there was an issue with the cleanliness of your room. I can assure you that I will speak with the appropriate housekeeper to address this issue.I am not sure exactly what issue you are referring to with our hot breakfast bar? We always have the items you mentioned as well as either scrambled eggs/egg patties and sausage every day. Furthermore, on the weekends we also offer biscuits and gravy along with the other hot items on the breakfast bar.

I am very sorry that there was an issue with the cleanliness of the room during your stay. I can assure you that both myself as well as my Head of Housekeeping have spoken with the housekeepers who cleaned your room during your stay so this issue should not happen in the future.

Our property only requires a security deposit for guests that either book with a pre-paid 3rd party reservation or anyone who presents an id at check in that shows an address within a 75-mile radius of the property. This is done because 3rd party reservations are paid for with a pre-paid virtual card that will only cover the exact amount of the room/tax for your stay. It does not cover any possible damages, etc. to the room. So, per the owners of the property, we require the front desk to authorize a personal cc for the amount of our smoking damage fee at check in. When a guest checks out, this authorization is automatically released and processes back onto the guest credit card. Those funds are available for the guest to use again between 5-7 business days after check out. I hope this helps explain the deposit policy for our hotel more clearly.

Hello there,As I mentioned when we spoke about the booking issue at the hotel, we are sorry that we had to change your room because of a plumbing issue. Unfortunately, these things can happen in the everyday running of a property. We do our very best to accommodate our guests when these issues arise and we did offer you another room with 2 beds which matched your reservation. I also apologized to you directly when we spoke and explained to you that we are unable to compensate a 3d party reservation like yours because it was prepaid through another booking agency independent of the hotel and we were charging a virtual card for your room and taxes. Any further compensation would have to be initiated with the 3rd party agency that you booked your reservation through.Once again, I am very sorry that you were unhappy with your stay, however, I disagree that we did not try to accommodate your booking in the best way that we were able to under the circumstances.

I am going to address this comment, just as I addressed it when the guest called Choice about the same issue.First of all, I never said that you could get a different hotel. That is simply incorrect! You stated that you were dissatisfied with our hot breakfast not being out on time for your crew and that if it happened again you were going to take your business elsewhere. My response to that comment was that I was sorry about what happened, but I would look further into the breakfast issue and find out what happened.As it turns out, there was an issue one day last week that our hot breakfast was not put out on time. I have addressed the issue with my breakfast attendant and it will not happen again.The fact that you have decided to switch hotels is disappointing, however, it is something that we cannot change. All I can say is that the issue you raised has been addressed.
