House has a good layout for lots of guests. Two bathrooms. Beds are very comfy. Be ready for stairs. Here was the problem….. being as this is a business district, we had to fight just to be able to park our vehicles. Shouldn’t have to go into the establishment to chase down people just to move vehicles so we can park in our allotted space. And then argue with them that they know the owner. Is that the owners fault? Absolutely not. Maybe just relay to them knowing the owner doesn’t change anything to the renter? We paid to be there. Just tough when you’ve been participating in the stock show all day and you’re ready to shower and go to bed. Again, we had kids with. Cars revving, music blaring and people fighting till 4am is not conducive to a restful nights sleep. Check out is very easy. Our group always does a big clean up though because we bring shavings in on our pants so we try to go the extra mile. ##### Samantha S. All coffee creamer was curdled/expired and only 2 coffee pods. I know it’s not a Hilton and has old Louisville charm. Bardstown road has become a drag strip, apparently.
