Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. There is an age requirement of 25 years old for locals. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Especially when it's hot, Louisville does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Kentucky there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. Guest Access: You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities. COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status. The Neighborhood: The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville Getting Around: We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
