The manager during our stay, don’t recall her name, may be Tamara. She was attentive, friendly and very helpful. The best manager at a hotel I ever encountered.

Staff and rooms were great, location was great. Close to Momma's Mustard, Pickles and BBQ and 15 min from Univ of Louisville. The hotel is a beacon for families with little kids so be prepared for loud pool times. Pool was indoor outdoor which was cool. Food was ok, your basic free breakfast. Breakfast and the afternoon time meal there was not enough seating, and it felt very close together. We had to eat in our room which was a hassle. Hard to get around all the people and tables.

I really appreciated the meals that were included with the room fee. Both breakfast and dinner menu options were good. The food was exceptional....the convenience of the meals was wonderful and staff was particularly helpful and friendly. Facility is very clean and well staffed. I will definitely return here for my next stay in Louisville.

We arrived after driving for 12 hours and were told that we were too late for the dining and drinks that came with our booking. “That ends firmly at 7pm” Not an offer of anything to accommodate us in any way. Desk staff not friendly. Won’t stay here again

Hotel staff were friendly and accomidating. Room was clean and roomy. Bed was very comfortable. Other areas of the hotel were clean and well taken care of as well. Pool area was spacious. In a nice area.
