Our location is perfect for enjoying not only Louisville but also the surrounding areas. Whether you're exploring local attractions, setting off on the bourbon trail, or simply enjoying a relaxing retreat with your family, you'll find it all here. We're close to interstates, shopping, and dining. The home is located on nearly half an acre lot and features a large open concept living area, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed for preparing meals. The garage has been transformed into an entertainment space that includes ping pong, putt-putt, basketball, darts, arcade games, a TV, cornhole, and more! The large fenced-in backyard features a fire pit, patio, and grill. The home is tucked back off the road to offer additional privacy. This home can accommodate up to 8 people with the sleeping options listed below, and all bedrooms have smart TVs for your streaming convenience. Bedroom #1 (Master)- One king bed Bedroom #2 - One queen bed Bedroom #3 - One queen bed Living room - One queen sized sleeper sofa Guests will have access to the entire home and private yard. \*Closet in the master bath and cabinets in the garage are locked and off limits\* Nice quiet Neighborhood close to shopping and dining. You will need transportation but can get to just about anywhere in Louisville within 10-15 minutes The garage is for entertaining and not for parking. We have a long driveway that should accommodate any cars that need to park. NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST \- Guest count: Property can only accommodate up to 8 human beings, including infants \- We expect to accommodate only the number of individuals listed on your reservation (up to the limit of 8 headcount). For insurance and safety purposes, please ensure that your reservation accurately reflects the number of guests. Failure to comply may result in a fee of up to $300 per additional person per night, and you may be required to vacate the premises without refund. \- If there are visitors during the stay, prior approval from the host is required; otherwise, you may be required to vacate the premises without refund. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests must sign all rental agreements within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be cancelled. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply, and cancellation fee is up to $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT&ID: A security deposit hold of up to $300 and a government issued ID are required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. A security deposit of up to $1,500 is required if the booking exceeds 14 days. The deposit must be collected at least 4 days prior to check-in or the reservation will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply, and cancellation fee is up to $100. RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. These devices record audio and video, triggered by motion. The devices will be active during guests' stay. Please note that recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are our top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our guests. CHECK-IN/OUT: Contactless check-in via keypad.Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Guests may check in after 11 pm EST; however, they assume the risk that the host may not be available to assist with any check-in issues between 11 pm and 7 am EST. An early check-in or late check-out can be requested but is not guaranteed. Early check-in and late check-out fees will be assessed accordingly. Check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to your arrival date, via platform messages and/or email, once your security deposit has been successfully reserved, as required by the house rules, 4 days prior to your arrival date. She spent the majority of the weekend with them while the adults did some distillery visits. The house provided more than enough room and comfort and was close to the highway. Downtown Louisville was a quick drive. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a fair priced home close to many attractions. Backyard was a great space and the game area was great. TV was great and so were the bathrooms. Wasn’t loud where we were. Driveway worked but it was a little tight when going to back around and turn to go out and was to busy a road to back out onto. That would be my only thing that wasn’t perfect. The house was very clean and organized. Plenty to do for our older two kids. Personal preference but not necessarily a negative, I wish there was maybe a swing set or something more for toddler aged kids. Also, blinds over the back door would have been a little more comforting in the evenings. The location of this home was perfect! So close to all of the places we had on our list to visit. Walmart and Kroger were 5 minutes away. The only problem we had was getting to the house with it being so far back in behind the other house it makes it hard to and the main street is horrible we almost got hit from behind twice because trying to pull into the driveway. ##### shavon j. From the moment I walked through the door, I was completely surprised and overwhelmed in the best way — the hosts had gone out of their way to decorate the house just for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made me feel incredibly special and celebrated.The house itself had everything I needed and more. Every detail was well thought out, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy and inviting living spaces. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. You can tell the hosts really care about creating a memorable experience for their guests.I’m beyond grateful for the effort they put into making my milestone birthday so magical.
