To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Additionally, the building is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, which means there are areas still under development, and you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals. We recommend staying mindful, as you would in any area. The parking lot behind the building is free and controlled by the city; however, it may be considered poorly lit.
