The suites take up the 4th and 5th floors with 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and 4/5 share a bathroom. There are 3 common areas a huge kitchen table and bar stools. The outside deck is private and excellent. The pro\[rrty. Anger Eric was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The location is great as we walked everywhere (Except to NuLu). There are three sitting areas and a nice rooftop patio. The kitchen is well equipped. I think it’s a perfect spot for four couples to share. Great common areas, and yet the bedrooms are spaced apart for privacy. The largest bedroom upstairs had nowhere to hang our clothes, which was very inconvenient. Also, check all the bathrooms for equal distribution of towels as we only had two in our bathroom and no washcloths. I figured that out at the end of the trip when we were doing a sweep to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. There are parking garages nearby but we were able to park on the street right by the condo. The property manager, Eric, was easy to work with and there was good communication. Perfect space and size for entertaining. The rooftop patio was a great feature to the property. Very private up there with beautiful sunsets over the bridge! Location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Lots of distilleries & restaurants to accommodate everyones wishes!
