The Space: This house is close to the best areas like NULU, Downtown, and Highlands with great amenities: \- 4 bedrooms (3queen size beds + 2 twins) \- Full kitchen \- Washer/dryer \- Lightning fast WiFi \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Great backyard with premium grill and outdoor furniture \- Excellent modern decor \- Ample street parking You need a place to rent that’s spacious and boasts amenities that your group needs. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood has an urban feel and is diverse and growing. There are a lot of Historic buildings as most the neighborhood was built around the 1900's. While many buildings and houses have been renovated and look almost new, some need work or are in the process of a major renovation. At the center of the neighborhood is a park named after Kentucky's first governor, Isaac Shelby. The park, Shelby Park, is about a five minute walk from the house. The park has tennis courts, basketball, a playground, a splash park, and a half mile long running/walking track. Other Things to Note: Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
