### 3 Bedroom Home in the Highlands, close to everything

Recently renovated 2400 square foot home with covered porch overlooking garden. Master has soaking tub and separate shower. Large kitchen with plenty of room to congregate. Great house to entertain. Basement has pool table/foosball table with futon and tv. Super convenient to great restaurants/stores. 10 minutes to Churchill Downs and airport. Have rented to many Derby goers over the years who have all had a great time in our home.
