Communication with the host was great before and during our trip. The house was very clean and welcoming. Conveniently located on a quiet street at a reasonable distance to travel to and from the event center, things to do, and restaurants etc for a great price. We just needed some Rooms for sleeping after exploring Louisville. Not within walking distance of anything, but everything was within a 10 minute drive. We were supplied with less than half a roll of toilet paper and zero paper towels but it wasn’t the end of the world. Beds were comfy and the house was clean! ##### Lauren K. It was a convenient location to be near Louisville but more affordable prices. Jeffersonville had all we needed for any shopping. The house could have been a little cleaner for our preference but was still comfortable. The home is very nice and conveniently located to Jeffersonville and Louisville. We had everything we needed. The home was comfortable and spacious. Very quiet. Only One house on the other side. Very private there is a shopping center directly across the lot with a couple places to eat. The host was a great communicator and easy to get in touch with. ##### Misty W. We were driving in for the weekend and were unfamiliar with the downtown & campus areas of louisville - they seemed hit or miss for noise, location, etc - we looked at listings across the river and we're so glad we did. This house was perfect for our needs - each of our teens had their own room, we had plenty of food options in cute little Jeffersonville, and the drive to campus was short and easy. The house is not on a fancy street but it turned out to be safe, quiet and really well located which is exactly what we wanted. Overall communication/response was quick and helpful. The only comment I have is to ensure if you plan on going to Louisville everyday, you will have to pay tolls on th way in and out of the city. However, there was a full open trash can on the curb that smelled, the WiFi didn't work and then when it did it was extremely slow. There was not adequate silverware with only 3 spoons and forks and some cookware was dirty in the cupboards. It also might be helpful to have a bath mat as the wet floor was quite slippery. The silverware and WiFi issue was reported and not addressed by the owner. It was an okay stay, but the place can be improved with a bit of cleaning and adequate supplies for the amount of guests. ##### Lisa S.
