A town centre location, large accommodation set on two levels. Perfect for couples wanting to relax in this well designed apartment which offers air conditioning, large jacuzzi bath, free WiFi & town centre roof terrace. A luxurious space & situated in the heart of Loughborough town centre, allowing easy access to all shops, restaurants & bars. Its central location also allows for easy access to the train station, bus routes & the university. If you're looking for a central location, you've found it! It is perfectly situated to enjoy the abundance of shops, history, bars and restaurants that Loughborough has to offer. The apartment is NOT available for parties or gatherings, it is also NOT suitable for children. Blending modern conveniences and the comforts of home, this large apartment features original brick walls, high ceilings as well as many modern features, this apartment has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Third parties are not welcome and the place is for guests only. If you wish to have visitors then they must be added as extra guests. Any unauthorised guest fee will be taken as double from your deposit. Any late check outs will be charged at £20/hour (unless a later time has been pre-arranged) as the cleaners are scheduled at set times. The apartment is ideal for couples wanting to escape, business professionals, families or groups of friends. Please be minded that although the apartment will accommodate 6 people this is NOT necessarily ideal for 6 single people, there is a king sized bed, double bed and a double sofa bed. The Kitchen; brand new, with modern appliances, including a brand new Bosch oven and induction hob, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, all kitchen essentials for up to six people (plates, cutlery, crockery, mugs, glasses etc.), toaster, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, and an American style fridge freezer with built in ice maker and filtered water at the touch of a button! The kitchen connects to the living space via a breakfast bar, which can be used as a laptop friendly space. Living Room; this living area enjoys the comfort of air conditioning, Digital TV with catch up apps, Netflix and NOW TV offering you a choice of channels, movies and box sets, along with two double sofas, one of which is a brand new double sofa bed. The Loft bedroom; fully air conditioned, with a new king sized bed and Smart TV. There is also a large mirror with lighting, a dressing table with mirror, as well as a hairdryer and hair straighteners. There is also a clothes rail and shoe rack storage. To access the Loft Bedroom you must climb a flight of steep stairs. The Second Bedroom; double bed, smart TV and direct access to the roof terrace. There is also a clothes rails and shoe rack storage. The bathroom; equipped with a walk-in shower, two seater jacuzzi bath and 8ft mirror with direct access onto the roof terrace. Bathroom essentials are also provided, shampoo etc. The Roof Terrace; modern and surrounded by privacy netting, has rattan furniture and sun loungers. It has also recently had decking laid, painted and has its own lighting. This area is ideal for BBQ's and private sunbathing. The house temperature is controlled by a Hive thermostat and you can control this in the main hallway, there are also built in speakers to the ceiling to allow music to be played throughout the house - although you must respect the shop below and only use when this is closed. Guests can access the apartment via a private entrance door, once inside you will climb a single flight of stairs. He’s there within the hour if there’s any leakage, no matter how small. But the best is Susan who tends to all of your needs! She makes the apartment smell amazing in an instant. She spoils us with a basket full of biscuits and chocolate (which she refills upon request of an additional refresher of linens). Fresh flowers, cream eggs, a pantry full of pasta and sauces, breakfast items, a whole selection of teas and now, even an espresso machine!! Really feels like a home away from home. Everything was to a high standard and the welcome pack and message on the fridge made you feel at home straight away. The apartment has everything you would need for a pleasant stay, the welcome pack and other treats were a lovely unexpected touch. Sadly, due to a knee injury, we weren’t able to use the main upstairs bedroom as the stairs were a bit too steep and needing to come down to the bathroom at night would have been an issue, shame because it was a really nice space too, nonetheless, we found the other bedroom comfortable enough. Bathroom is huge and fitted out really tastefully with a large walk in shower and jacuzzi bath (takes quite a while to fill so plan ahead). Unluckily for us the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to enjoy the roof terrace as we’d hoped, I can imagine it being a total sun trap on a sunny day - the pigeons thoroughly enjoyed it though! We stayed over a weekend and yes, there was noise from the pub opposite but nothing enough to spoil your evening, was in fact quite entertaining to people watch. The communication from the owner was fantastic, very friendly and responsive, check-in & out was easy via a lock box. We parked in Sainsbury’s car park which we booked before arrival, and only a few minutes walk away. Would return without hesitation. ##### Caroline P.
