I had to call "411" and then choose from 5 different Best Western hotels in the area - with the correct one showing NO address on the 411 list! However, the shuttle driver was very nice and did come quickly once I called."

"While the breakfast was average for an included breakfast, the remainder of the stay was sub par. The room was barely serviced on our first morning(a weekday) and was not serviced after that. Usual supplies like washclothes, towels, and toilet paper had to be requested at the front desk each day. The overall condition of the property is less that optimal. "

"Breakfast is always a hit especially the waffles. This is the 3rd time in 5 months we have stayed in the Studio Suite for a long weekend, and the room is always clean and quiet and spacious. The staff is incredibly pleasant and accommodating. There is always plenty of parking. The only negative I can share is the noise from the interstate is not fun if you have difficulty sleeping. "
