A unique, attractive, boutique-like facility with lots of attention paid to detail appearance. Very nice, stylish rooms. Excellent very helpful staff (limited English speaking). Somewhat “strange” partnership with neighboring facility where connecting ponds water features are located (a fair walk, especially the return uphill). Fairly isolated and difficult to get to with very limited activities.

When you get there you feel safe

The resort is quite nice with a good mix of fun and quite. There’s a quite pool area and an activity one with performances and games. The dining options are great. The buffet is decent but make sure you reserve a restaurant spot. There are several restaurants that require reservations so do yourself a favor and do so. The BEACH is awesome the water is calm, warm and inviting. To end your evening you could enjoy the live entertainment or go to the nightclub in n site which was great. It really is a great place to relax, enjoy and unwind!

This hotel is for relaxing. They have daily lounge hours when they bring in a singer at night (around 8-10pm). The pool closes at 7pm but we had plenty of pool/beach during the day. If you have food allergies, they are amazing!! Ariel and Letizia were super helpful on this. I didnt eat from buffets due to cross contamination. The first day they asked me for preferences. I could order for lunch during breakfast and for dinner during lunch. They made a special recipe for me GF and DF for banana bread. I felt very safe and had no issues.

The property location is just incredible, and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel definitely has potential, and with a few tweaks, it could be much better and take the hotel to another level. Changing the white bulb to yellow would create a better atmosphere instead of a clinical feeling. There is a lack of a trash can in the room, a sign that says "do not disturb", an eye in the door for security. In the shower, there is a lack of grout for the ceramic tiles. We were in the room 1309.
