Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.

When I was there the TV Did not work due to Internet issues They need black out shades because I was on the Frist floor and the lights from the Facility general area came into the room at night. Breakfast was average but come with the room.

The staff, food, pool, bars, and beach were absolutely perfect!!! The only issues we had were with the rooms. They’re very outdated and some of the stuff in the bathroom were falling apart or not clean enough. Our jetted tub in our room definitely needs replacing as it was very dirty. They’re also only 1 outlet in between the bed for charging electronics so take that into consideration.

"Rooms need to be updated. The air conditioning in our original room was not working, so we were moved to another room. While the air conditioner worked in the second room, it had a very bad water leak. The shower handles also need to be replaced. I had to hold the handle with one hand while splashing ..."
