Loved being able to walk to coffee, bakery, deli and Beerwood. My only complaint is with the dogs next door (through no fault of the host). One of the reasons we booked this place was for the fenced in back yard bc we have a dog. However, we weren’t able to utilize it at all. Every time we went outside, the dogs next door would go ballistic and barked incessantly. The house was incredibly clean upon arrival, and the bed was comfortable (although the topper does tend to shift and has to be recentered every few days). Neil is extremely responsive. ##### Karen R. The whole area is gorgeous. Avila/ port San Luis is about 20 miles away, they have a very nice DOG BEACH!!! Our pearl loves this beach where she loves to run with other dogs. It’s clearly great for dog owners, though we didn’t bring dogs, and the neighborhood is great. We walked into Baywood every day, walked to a nearby school playground with our kids, walked to the bird sanctuary… it was great! Easy check-in and check-out. It’s a great place for older kids. The Baywood area has a nice community feel and is walking proximity to neighborhood restaurants, the local coffee house, the MerryMaker Bar, the Calawala Bakery, the weekly Farmers Market and more.The home has easy parking for 2-3 cars. The home has a comfortable open living area and kitchen which was equipped with everything we needed to cook nice meals. We enjoyed the Santa Maria grill in the backyard as well. The fenced backyard made having our dogs there easy. We enjoyed games of darts in the converted garage.The beds and bedrooms were comfy. We had another couple join us for a few days and the house accommodated us all nicely.We hiked and kayaked and explored the surrounding communities, both north, south and east of Los Osos. We were there for 3 weeks and could’ve stayed longer! A delightful little home in a delightful place. ##### Carol F. Shower with good water pressure. Fenced in back yard with lots of space. Great for our 2 little dogs. Check in and out process was straightforward. Location was great. 10-minute drive to Morro Bay.
