It is small, and the bed is a sofa sleeper, but it was reasonably comfortable. It wasn't obvious from the listing that it was a pull out sofa, but after going back to review the listing, it was stated as such (I just missed it). We had a few questions (parking, missing TV remote that turned up in the sofa after we converted it), but the owner was responsive and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom pocket door wouldn't stay closed all of the way, but we jammed a sandal into the base to keep it closed. They provided some snacks, had coffee and tea available, along with a small countertop fridge for water/wine, plus various glasses and tableware. A larger fridge and a small microwave would have been nice, but neither were necessary for our short, two night trip. The location is perfect. It's on a quiet street, and just a 7-8 minute walk to all of the Los Olivios restaurants and wine tastings. ##### Matthew P.
