"Spent a few days here with the family and hotel was nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and pool was nice. Close to restaurants and stores so we were not too far away from anything we needed. "

"The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'."

"We had a great time at this house in Seguin. Two families and three generations all enjoyed this place that had lots to offer for everyone. We love to play all sorts of games and this property (plus what we brought ourselves) provided endless opportunities to play over three days. Would definitely go back and recommend to others."

"This is a perfect place to stay. Plenty of bedroom space, beautiful historic home, unbeatable location, and the decorations and theme were so fun. Perfect for families but even as a group of adults in our 30s there was so much to do and notice during our downtime moments, the thought and effort put into the home is very noticed. Debbie and Joe are also really wonderful hosts, they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need! Definitely 5/5 stars."

"We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. The house feels secluded yet close to shopping. The house was stocked and had tons of toys, bikes, puzzles, and river gear to use. I appreciate how attentive and kind the homeowner was as well. We made some wonderful memories:) "
"This is my review lmk what you think also***We enjoyed our stay here in Seguin, Tx. We were just minutes away from multiple groceries stores (Walmart, HEB) and gas stations, shopping area (Ross & Marshall’s) while still having a water front access experience. I was a bit unprepared for the amount of steps but we had no problems and enjoyed our stay and the water.In the very middle of the water. It was shallow enough for us to stand comfortably and enjoy our time in the water. The kayaks and paddle boards were also nice to be able to site see.The back patio is very spacious and provides plenty of room for everyone to hangout. They had several games to play such as corn hole boards, Yahtzee, and a ping pong table to keep everyone entertained. We also traveled to new braunsfels to go to the Gris Mill and Gruene Hall (took about 35 min with all the stop lights). And went back another day to float the Comal. Would recommend and also give recognition to the owners for there timeliness on responding with any questions or needs we had. "
