A well appointed hotel in a lovely small town. The hotel itself has plenty of activities during the day and into the evening which were in no way intrusive for non-participants. Los Gigantes offers more activities particularly at the harbour.
The food at the hotel is decent enough, but we would recommend trying the local restaurants which were very nice. We also went out on a small charter to see whales and dolphins from the harbour.
The age range at the hotel was very mixed when we were there, not all mature as other reviews have suggested. It was very nice to be in an adults only hotel without any screaming kids - particularly by the pool.
Our room was on the town side and we could hear music from the town but this always stopped by midnight.
We would definitely recommend this hotel for other younger couples who want a quiet and relaxing break.
"Fantastic views, clean rooms & very friendly staff"
What made my experience was the very friendly staff, from cleaners to receptionists, to waiters. They were so welcoming and the resort was very pleasing. The guy that does the entertaining was also very friendly. He is the perfect person for that role and the kids took to him like a duck to water. We stayed half-board and enjoyed most of the food. Some of it just wasn't to my taste, but my husband loved it all. It's in the perfect position for waking up to those beautiful sea views, in the day and at night and the large balcony had a table and 4 chairs and a further 2 lounge chairs for extra comfort. All in all we had a good time and met some really nice people.
