Those were the positives, negatives were a very uncomfortable low sitting 2 person worn love seat, the only seating besides 2 chairs and small table. Only sink was in the bathroom, ants in/outside bedroom door to the parking space, was given ant spray. We thought the bed was a full size but was told it’s a queen.
