In a highly sought after neighborhood of Los Gatos, this quiet, cul-de-sac 2 story 5 bed 3 bath residence is situated on an expansive 10,000 sq.ft. lot. This spacious home has a great floor plan with lots of natural light. Tastefully remodeled with everything high end. Expansive backyard/Gazebo to enjoy with family. Easy access to highway 85 & 17 and short drive to downtown Los Gatos shops, restaurants, parks, walking & biking tails. Tastefully and completely remodeled designer bathrooms with large rain-showers, professional grade chef's kitchen with brand-new, high end appliances with 6 burner Italian gas range, hood, custom cabinets and high end porcelain counter tops, peninsula, garden window, is wonderful for family & entertainment!. The entrance of the home opens to a huge vaulted ceiling foyer. Main floor has a bedroom with a full designer bathroom with double vanity. Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full designer bathrooms. Scratch resistant, water proof rustic oak flooring throughout. Huge living room and family room, kitchen with dining area and double fireplace, beautiful 2 huge sliding doors overlooking the expansive backyard/Gazebo perfect for family & entertaining. Children play set with 2 swings and a slide for young kids to enjoy! Important Features to Note: 1\. The property is equipped with working desk & chair in every room to ensure guests can work/study in complete privacy. 2\. We have 3 Queen Beds, 1 Double Bed and 1 Air Mattress. 3\.
