Quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached home with a gorgeous pool surrounded by lush palm trees. There is only 19 units in this private, well maintained gated community. The house is great for entertaining and has been completely remodelled with a fully stocked kitchen and modern amenities. Across the street we have a huge mall with shopping, a movie theatre a gym and transit practically at your door step. Special long term rates available! We felt comfortable in the area and the people in the gated community were friendly without being too in your business. Overall, it is a nice quiet spot and somewhat of a break from the wildness found at the center of Cabo, but it is next to the main highway to Todos Santos. Being next to a highway is convenient, but traffic and compression brakes can be noisy. Street noise didn't bother me at all, but is probably the main knock on this location. I would rent this location again in a heartbeat, especially for the price. ##### Tim F. The only regret we have is not staying another week :) The home is exactly as described in the listing and indeed it is gorgeous. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Spacious, clean, welcoming and very comfortable.The beach chairs and umbrella are a really useful touch. The filtered water tap in the kitchen and the ice cube maker are a nice bonus. Internet is fast and reliable. The grounds, including the pool, are very well maintained. Location is perfect. Two minute drive to three BIG supermarkets and downtown and Playa El Medano is 10 mins away. Our favourite beach, Playa Santa Maria, is 20 minutes away. Safe swimming and enough fish to make snorkeling interesting right from the beach. Tina is very pleasant to communicate with and quick to reply.
