Customer service is the absolute best at Waldorf. Most things you want are there and if not they get them. The best hotel restaurant I have ever eaten in and btw is 5 star. Very friendly, professional, likable staff.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at. Amazing views and amenities. Best staff we have seen. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Gino our personal concierge arranged our activities and made it very easy for us to enjoy the trip. From the arrival at the airport until departure, extremely wonderful.

Amazing property with spectacular entry through a mountain tunnel to the ocean. Great staff, very friendly and caring. Overpriced for the size and quality of the rooms with a plunge pool. The room service food was not great but the restaurants were amazing. Overall a first class experience.
