The location of the resort is the best! Its near proximity to everything you need, is exceptional. Erika Olivares at the bar gave us excellent service! She went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. Security is incredible. Only patrons are allowed in the resort. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. One issue we had was with the spring break crowd coming in at 3 or 4 in the morning and making tons of noise. Giovanni at the bar was not friendly at all and quite rude! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Staff was very rude. They did not notify us there needed to be a reservation for the sit down restaurant. Refused us water at night. Did not restock our mini-fridge daily even though it was included in the all-inclusive.

We loved most of our experience. The restroom was not the cleanest and the area was beautiful but we were asked repeatedly walking the area if we wanted to buy cocain! A lot of cartel peps made us think twice about returning!
