We liked the view the hotel has. Food was ok. Staff was ok,some were nice, some were not. But the big problem that I will not go back nor recommend this hotel to anyone is the cockroaches. We got a very bad AC, woke us up every time it ran. It didn't really bother us much,and when we saw some roaches crawling around in the bathroom and on top the dresser where we put our clothes in I was scared wondering they would get onto bed while we were sleeping so we told the people at the front desk. They changed the room for us right away. But there were still cockroaches in this room too.we were just like not to talk about it and get the vacation over with but It happened really worse the night before we left. i left couple of apples and bananason top of the dresser in the afternoon and then we left the room. When we came back at night after dinner we found a big family of roaches, small ones, big ones running all over the top of the dresser, over the fruits. I almost cried. It was a very bad experience I've ever had with a such big resort like that.
