Location: SHORT WALK TO TOWN
FOOD WAS GOOD TO OK, STAFF AND CLEANLINESS WAS EXCELLENT.VIEWS WERE GREAT, WHALES JUMPING OFF SHORE, CITY LIGHTS AND MARINA. DRINKS AND SERVICE ALL VERY GOOD

Pros: Beautiful! Great location! Great COFFEE!!!!
Cons: when it was cold at night, more heaters for the outdoor show!
Location: Marina right across the street
Great! Not one complaint Food was awesome, loved the WHALES! Loved watching the waves! Great pools!

Near Marina

Hotel is situated on top of the hill, commanding nice view of both ocean and marina. Lobby looks old but our room with marina view was renovated and modern. Food was so so.

Ok hotel

Pros: The highlight was the fact that we could see whales every day just by laying on the beach or in our balcony. It was awe inspiring.
Cons: The quality of food could be improved. Most of the time it was pretty bland and not very exciting, although it had variety.
Location: The location is great because it's a walking distance to the marina, where you can shop, eat or just stroll and watch people.
We traveled with two young children and we loved the pools, which have areas with shallow water, for children, the beach, where we strolled, played in the sand and watched whales and the fact that the restaurants were so easily accessible and had a variety of food. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food could have been better.

Awesome Location

Pros: Staff very friendly Rooms had great view of the ocean Rooms were very comfortable
Location: Lots to do in town Water excursions Numerous watering holes

Beautiful view.

Pros: Location and view..
Cons: Echo in hallways of rooms on 2nd floor.
Location: Excellent location - very safe to walk around.
Hotel was very nice, clean and beautiful view. Stayed on 2nd floor with Ocean view, rooms were very noisy and echoed. Resort is very pushy on time shares. Staff is very accommodating, and tips help.

I went especially for the kids club and it sucked.

They are supposed to watch kids from 2 and up well when I go there they didn't want to watch my two yr old at all. They made up lies and said he's not allowed but on Expedia it says that they are allowed at that age. They also are supposed to have fun activities every day and they barely had anything. They are always opening very late. The management couldn't care less about the guestsm they made us check in over 1 hr late and made us still checking out at 12 even tho I have three very you kids with me.

Indeed we have a baby club where parents are invited to share these special moments with their smallest ones, a babysit service with extra charge and the kids club from 4 to 12 years old. In our Kids Club we offer a wide variety of activities for children from 4 to 12 years old, and also our Entertainment team has a complete day and night program ranging from the Lazy Game to Volley Ball, Ping Pong, Aqua Aerobics, Zumba, etc. Ending with a different show every night at Plaza Finisterra for all our visitors. We would like to extend our sincere apologies for any inconveniences you may have had during your stay, although until today this is the first time we receive these comments. For this reason we would like to ask you to write to us in order to obtain more information regarding your experience, since in our records of Kids Club we currently do not have any reports about services that could not be provided by the child's age. All the comments of our guests are of paramount importance to us, as they help us to recognize certain areas of opportunity where we can improve, be sure that we will take them into account. Very convenient location!

This hotel is literally 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Marina. The lobby is out dated, but the setting of the resort is beautiful! Most staffs are friendly. We love the Spanish/Mexican lunch, very delicious! No one brings drink or food at the beach, it would be great if the hotel can add this service.

6 of us went had a great time very nice resort nice rooms very good food nice beach good location 1 of our party lost her all inclusive wrist band while swimming with the dolphins and went to talk with the manager Carlos about it Carlos said nothing to talk about just pay $100.00 dollars on talk needed just pay
