Beautiful properties with a lot of flowers. Food was okay. Several from the staff waiters in restaurant areas in particular at Pacifica and Sunset have unfriendly ungenuine attitudes when interacting with them. Also no smile, too serious as well. Attitude is really important to us. Friendliness as well as authentic welcoming demeanor. Wouldn’t consider going again nor recommend.

Great resort, perfect place for a getaway and very calm and relaxed place. Very clean and amazing staff all around. Book this resort if looking for a calm relaxing getaway with no kids. Full of good food, drinks and great staff. Definitely would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay and found that the smaller size of the resort was ideal to walk from our room to the other areas with ease. Having the opportunity to spend time at the sister resorts around Cabo enhanced our stay. We loved that the staff knew us on sight!

The shuttle service and ability to use the different resort facilities was great. The Zao Chen restaurant was some of the best food I’ve ever had. The Zentini de Coconut was delicious. New favorite drink!

Overall the resort is old and in need of a refresh. The food and service were very good. Only one negative encounter with one of the concierge’s. Also people should be told it is NOT safe to go in the water. No swimmable beach here. It’s a 3.5 star place.

Dear Teri, We are sorry that you felt that you could not enjoy the sea, however due to the strong tide of the Pacific area in Los Cabos it is not possible to swim, our staff does everything possible to maintain the safety of all our guests, however we will review the approach to make it more friendly for everyone. At first I was a little skeptical because of the most recent reviews left on Expedia. It actually turned out to be a great resort with a lot of access to different restaurants & bars. The service was amazing! Food was delicious! If you are planning on staying at this resort communicate with the staff so they can let you know about entertainment and nightlife. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was a beautiful property with great staff. I wasn’t as happy with the food offered at the onsite restaurants but it was okay quiviera’s food was excellent and we ate the last night at LaFreda ( a sunset restaurant) which was also excellent.

This hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The spa services were excellent!!! I would say the massage was one of the top 3 I have ever had. The staff was friendly and attentive and very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
