"I don't want to expose this new Gem"
This place is as good or better than their website looks. From the rooms and the decor, to the mixology bars, cleanliness, and fantastic ceviche!! It's location is set right in front of the best surfing I've seen in awhile too.

"Nice Little Motel"
Clean room and very inexpensive. Wifi worked fine. Short walk to everything downtown. Staff all very nice and helpful. Gated building with night staff to let you in if late. Salvatore's next door. Excellent food!

"Beautiful grounds. Staff very nice."
If you're looking for world class 5 star, Palmilla doesn't quite measure up. If you expect 5 star on Mexico standards, then it does. The grounds are amazing. Views are incredible. Food in restaurants is good. Agua bar is fantastic! Drinks are good, but pricey, but it's Palmilla after all. Rooms could use freshening up. Typical tile floors you'll find throughout Mexico. TV is terrible, but do you go to Cabo to stay in your room and watch TV? No, probably not. Room service food was just ok. Location is just ok if you want to go into Cabo San Lucas. It's about a 30 minute ride each way. Crowd is older (it's Palmilla!) and a bit snooty. The people I came across all seemed to have an entitlement attitude. Is it worth $1,000 + per night? Maybe. If you're looking to relax, have some good drinks and food, enjoy beautiful grounds and views, then yes. If you're looking for a younger party and fun crowd, then no. If you're looking for the latter and want to go to Cabo, I'd recommend something around the harbor and closer to Medano beach.

"Beautiful location with breathtaking views"
We were a little nervous booking this off the beaten path hotel. Almost all the reviews we read were overwhelming positive but with only 24 rooms and 10 miles of curving dirt roads to the closest town "how good could it be". Well we were not in the least bit disappointed by anything. Despite booking a standard room we were given a premium room for our 11 night stay. There were very few other guests in the hotel and the staff catered to us as if they were our private concierge staff. Especially Alberto who was always willing to go out of his way and never failed to have a big smile. The food was good and very fairly priced but there were very limited diner entrée selections which was understandable given the number of guests. No night life to speak of - we were looking for a quiet serene place and this hotel was perfect for these things. If you choose to drive to this hotel from the airport I strongly recommend a four wheel drive vehicle and don't attempt the drive in the dark. The road for the final 10 travel miles is very rustic (packed earth/stones, huge grade changes and numerous pot holes). However once arriving you will be glad you made the effort..

"Great hotel and room right on the beach. "
When my girlfriend and I arrived to the hotel, we immediately liked the decor and location. We then met our official ME VIP host David. He was a great host with excellent service and helped us make reservations at two 5 star restaurants during our stay. He also made sure we received any ME VIP discounts at the resort. The next 4 days were fenomanal at ME Cabo. Our room suite was probably the best room in the resort. There was no need to leave our room or ME. The entire staff was also great. Premium customer service. We will definitely stay at ME Cabo in the near future.

"Rustic campground feel"
We had a really good time here. I'm not a big camper and I think this place is more geared to that type of person but I enjoyed myself none the less. We rented a 4 wheeler for a day which was the high light of our experience. We flew a kite, 4 wheeled on the beach and through and around town, walked down the beach, ate out and cooked in the kitchen as well. A little bit of everything. We felt very comfortable. The ocean is right down the road but it is rocky so expect quite a walk up the beach before you hit sandy water. Or you could get an ATV!!
