Luxurious downtown condo with a unique location right on the marina with breathtaking ocean views of the Yacht Harbor, 2 spacious Master suites (King bed in one, twins in the other), with private baths for each room (you won't find any rental near this perfect location on the Marina). Also included is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This Condo is located in the heart of it all right on the Marina including 24 hour security (very safe). Go fishing, take a glass bottom boat to Lovers Beach, snorkel at the famous El Arco or simply lounge at the rooftop pool /Jacuzzi overlooking the Marina with a comfortable covered Barbecue area. There is now a Walmart and full size grocery store in the mall each only a block away. We are A short walk to the famous Medano Beach, Puerto Paraiso Mall, Cabo Wabo, popular night clubs and an array of restaurants and shops, it doesn't get any better than this. Watch the world go by on the Marina walk below and hail a water taxi from your balcony for any ocean voyage excursions desired (Medano beach & The Arch). This unit also comes with one parking stall, good as gold in downtown Cabo. Has separate entrance for bedroom #2 for private access (combo doors so no keys needed). Can sleep 6 with brand new sofa queen bed pullout in the living room. One thing to note is that one bedroom in the condo is a bit noisy at night being close to fun and lively music venues, however, it really isn’t too bad now with the new sealed soundproof window installed. The second bedroom although not silent is much quieter with some recent sound proofing construction and more suited for those who are more sensitive to the music noise. We also as mentioned just installed a fully sealed window in the master bedroom as well which has helped a lot with the noise levels. To deal with the noise (music) if necessary we do provide ear plugs located in the basket in each bathroom counter which are very effective if necessary. NEW!! New Fridge and additional filtration system so fridge water and ice are completely safe. Triple filtered. The back room has been sound proofed and although not silent I do believe that it is now suited well for those who are more sensitive to the music at night, there are also two twin beds in this room as well. ELEVATOR ACCESS - We now have access to the elevator, there will still be one small flight of stairs to walk up but two longer flights and a long walk down the hall will no longer be necessary if you would prefer to use the elevator. There are now (02/28/24) new mattresses on all of the beds, and I have also replaced the King bed with two twins in the back room (do have bridge twin to king converter if desired). FULL SIZE GROCERY STORE ONE BLOCK FROM CONDO There is now a full-size grocery store the Selecto Súper Chedraui in the Puerto Paraíso mall just a block from the condo. This is the first full size grocery store in downtown Cabo! The condo is loaded with everything you need including, Coffee, Coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, spices, a safe, all linens including towels and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler for the beach, washer/dryer, soap, lotion, shampoo, all toiletries, iron, hair dryers, USB outlets, Wifi, first aid kit, an office desk and more. Concierge service provided, will meet you upon arrival and will help with condo familiarity and all local restaurant and activities that you may be interested in: Meet Hugo: Simply the best Concierge 24/7 service, will take care of your every need. Hugo is the property manager of my Plaza Bonita condo who will provide the check in and concierge services for you. Other Services Hugo may provide include: airport transportation, car rental, water activities, fishing, diving, grocery shopping, restaurant recommendation/reservation, explain all condo amenities and more. Transportation from the airport includes beer and bottled water for the journey, and your warm welcome into the condo includes ice cold beer, chips, and homemade guacamole. Enjoy while Hugo shows you around the condo and answers any questions you may have. Right on the Marina and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We could get a water taxi and go to the beach! The Condo was awesome!! One downfall was the loud music but they provide ear plugs to help you sleep and during the week it ends at 12 am. Great time! Fantastic Girls Trip. Location is in the heart of the marina and close to all things to do. The new grocery store within a 5 min walk very convenient. I was there for a M-W so we didn't experience any late loud music. Windows are heavily insulated as well. The unit is great and has everything you need. highly recommended. Also easy walk to Medano Beach. ##### Tony D. Listing said was loud, it was! During the week wasn’t as bad but Saturday night was rocking! Lost count of how many clubs in the immediate area. Balcony was perfect place to people watch. Only negative is the mattress and the pillows. We have never slept on anything as hard. Almost as uncomfortable as a sofa sleeper. Hopefully the owners will replace them. Had a great time. It is apparent the music is muffled but still present beginning early evening and continuing into the morning. Really loud on the weekends, not so bad other times but still noticable. The provided hearing protection was very helpful and the master bed mattress is VERY comfortable in my opinion. I did not loose sleep on any night of a ten day stay. There is also a lack of functioning electrical outlets, not totally devoid just inconvenient. Large TVs in every room and they stream very well. Hugo is an exceptional manager as he was available to help from the time I made the reservation, arranged transportation, welcoming us at the property and at checkout. Overall the property is older but clean and well maintained. Oh, I forgot the apartment style washer/dryer. Very convenient. The condo is as described, lovely and spacious. Hugo, the concierge, was incredibly helpful, arranging a driver for us too/from the airport and making sure we got groceries, etc. He offered tips on beaches and how to book a fishing charter if we'd like. The one thing that was a little different than the other reviews was that the nightclub down below was absolutely blaring music until 3 a.m. each day. Perhaps this was because of spring break. Most nights, we just joined 'em until 1 a.m. or so, but couldn't really last until 3 a.m. The earplugs were helpful, but you could still feel the bass in your sternum. :-). That said, the back bedroom is much quieter than the front bedroom. (Too bad we gave it to our teenager. Ha!)Again, we LOVED this condo other than the late night noise. Other than that, the condo was incredibly quiet from 3:01 a.m. until about 9:30 p.m. The balcony offers great people watching and scenery. ##### Vanessa Rollings G. They say location is everything, and you cannot get a better location than this!! Everything was exactly as described! Yes, it is noisy for a while at night, but we were expecting this and came prepared by bring our own earplugs. We noticed after our arrival that earplugs were provided in the unit! The noise, (from music at some of the local bars) certainly did not keep us from sleeping! There is a great, modern, full grocery store about a block away in the mall, which was also very modern and big!! Thank you Vince for making this condo available!! My husband and I and another couple went to celebrate the husbands' birthdays. We used the transportation recommended by Vince (the owner) to pick us up from the airport. It was perfect. Right when we exited the airport, there was our driver with a welcome sign. On the way to the condo, he stopped at a grocery store for us. Upon arrival, Hugo immediately welcomed us and had all of our groceries and luggage carried up for us. Check in was great, no paper signing, no need to enter the office. Hugo just gave us a quick tour and we headed straight to the room. In the condo, there was waiting for us a tower of guacamole and freshly made chips. So good!! The condo was clean, the balcony is perfectly sized for 4 adults, and the two bedrooms are separate, each having its own private bathroom. Very convenient as we travelled with another couple. The location is walking distance to a grocery store, the beach, cantinas, and shopping. In the second bedroom there are 4 tommy bahama beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a cooler. We used all of it when we went to the beach. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo which allowed us not to pack so much because we knew we could wash our clothes. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every moment. I would definitely stay at this very location again if we decide to visit Cabo in the future. ##### Linda N. Had never been to this condo so we only booked the condo for 5 nights. We were moving to our favorite hotel on the marina for our last 5 nights. The condo was so amazing we emailed the owner to ask if there was anyone coming in after us for the next 5 nights and if not,could we stay. He allowed us to stay and we canceled our reservation at the hotel. The condo is very nice. Well stocked and furnished with everything in excellent condition. My favorite thing in Cabo is the marina. It would be hard to beat the location anywhere on the marina. Has a patio that we spent quite a bit of time on watching the marina and boardwalk. We had read about the noise and are used to staying on the marina so we were not to concerned. There is definitely music playing around you at night but this was actually the quietest rooms we have had on the marina. They have done a great job with the soundproofing. The nights they had music with heavy bass we could feel it in the front room but not the back room. I wish I didn't feel like I had to leave a good review because I would really like to keep this as our secret. Vince the owner was the best and Hugo the host was there for anything you would need. Make sure you have contacted Hugo in advance of your arrival. I did not and evidently had an issue with my phone. Hugo had called me 6 times the day of arrival and I missed all of his calls.
