Fabulous. Meticulous. Exceptionally well trained staff. Felt well taken care of and you definitely get what you pay for. The only thing is that although it says tips included, they still seem to be very much expected. Take extra cash and be prepared to add tips at the restuarants.

The property was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. BUT, the hotel wrongfully overcharged us. We pre-paid our rooms through Expedia, and when we showed up at check-in, the hotel claimed that we owed an additional $864 because two of our children were over the age of 3. We were a party of 6. 2 adults and 4 children ages 17, 16, 13 and 11, all of which was entered with Expedia at booking. When we disputed at check-in that we owed any additional money over what we pre-paid, they told us they were dropping the issue. Then we noticed on our final bill, that the hotel did not drop it, but wrongfully charged us the $864. Expedia eventually refunded us the wrongfully charged amounts, but the hotel charging us under these circumstances was absolutely not appropriate. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY. WE WERE NOT TREATED ETHICALLY BY THE MONEY PEOPLE THERE. This is a shame as the staff at the resort were otherwise very friendly and helpful people.

If you want to have a beautiful relaxing experience and feel completely catered to the entire time, then book an all inclusive package at Grand Velas. All of the dining options are incredible, and a personal concierge assigned to you the moment you arrive. Turn-down service, and don’t even get me started about the spa. We booked an aromatherapy massage that was incredible. Trust us, you won’t be disappointed.

Best all inclusive
This hotel is the best all inclusive hotel you could imagine . The food is far in excess of normal all inclusive fare. If I could I would give it 6 stars

Grand Velas was absolutely amazing! It’s no surprise the hotel is so highly-rated; everything from the food, to the staff, to the aesthetic of the property is absolutely amazing. My only complaint? I wish the mattresses were softer and more plush lol

Everything about this hotel is amazing. We went with our 2 boys and it was the best trip ever. Martha and everyone at the kids club took care of jack and Harry so much and it was the first time they asked and begged to go to kids club. Can’t wait to go back. Also Izzy at the pool service was outstanding. She even gave us a little present when we were leaving. 5 plus stars for us!!

Ummmm three words - ABSOLUTELY FREAKING FANTASTIC. I can’t say enough about this place. The food (A+++), the service (A+++), the pool/facilities/rooms (A+++), the activities for my 9 and 11 year old (A+++). I will usually never choose an all inclusive bc I think terrible food, etc. This was AMAZING! Start to finish hands down, do yourself a favor and book it. Highly recommend for families.

Lovely Piece of Paradise

5-Star Luxury Resort in Cabo.
This resort is for sure a 5-star resort. All the food was terrific, top-shelf drinks, and the ocean view corner suite with the plug pool was terrific. Also, whale watching from the balcony in the morning and around 3 pm was a site to see. We will be back at this resort soon enough.

The property is immaculate. The grounds are beautiful. The adult overlooks the ocean and is quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly, polite, and go out of their way for you. The food is excellent and probably the best food we've had at an all-inclusive property. I can't say enough wonderful things about Grand Velas.

Upon arriving we were blown away by the beauty of the resort. The layout was easy to navigate and the both sunrise and sunset are truly magical . Then the biggest surprise , the service . This place is second to non when it comes to staff attentiveness. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Our concierge Astrid was there every second of the trip , so much love and care at the kids club. The food is culinary experience.

This is it… the best all inclusive resort in Mexico period. This was our second time coming here and honestly this place doesn’t miss a beat. Food, drinks, facilities, rooms are just above and beyond expectations. People here are amazing and they really cater to everyone’s requests without hesitation. Luis Aguilar, Braulio Carmona, Rodrigo Rojo and Fernando Ocampo are all over the pool and they were AMAZING the entire week that we were there, truly unbelievable. Thanks a lot! From the kids club Karla y Martha were just amazing taking care of our 10 year old during her visits to the kids club. Our concierge Daniel was also always helpful and attentive to all of our request. The people listed above was the one that we mainly interacted during our stay, I can tell you that everyone else it also super nice, attentive and ready to jump in to make your stay great! We also visited ALL restaurants and both bars during our stay, it seemed to be a large group in a conference but even like that everything was amazing, from a omelette and coffee in azul at 7am to dinner at cocina de autor at 8pm. This place is a culinary experience like no other resort I’ve ever been. Wonderful stuff! Huge shoutout for everyone and thank you for all your attention to detail and time. This vacation was truly magical thanks to all of you! We hope to be back soon!! Best

Loved the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The only thing I didn't like about the property was that it is located on a very busy highway. I would have preferred a pedestrian friendly area with shops that you could walk to. I loved walking the beach but felt a bit trapped not being able to leave the property without transportation.

Fantastic Stay!
Amazing resort! They think of every little detail. The food was outstanding! Hugo the pool concierge is wonderful. Silvana was so enjoyable and fun. Astrid our room concierge planned everything for us that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Don’t miss the tequila tasting! One of the best spas I have ever been to!!!

We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary at Grand Velas last week and was really pleased with our stay. The property was beautiful, the rooms are well appointed and very spacious and the service is outstanding. The staff will go above and beyond to happily fulfill any need or wish you have. For the food- The restaurants are exceptional. The quality and creativity of the food separates this resort from any other all inclusive resort. Lucca, Frida, Velas 10, Piaf and Cocina de Autor are all outstanding. We were highly impressed!

This was our third time at this property. I love it, we’ll absolutely be back. The food was amazing everywhere. Poolside, spa, Cabrilla, & Amat always had amazing service. I felt the attention to detail at the restaurants in terms of service was lacking though. Can’t complain really about anything else.

Our 3-night stay was amazing. The property was in excellent condition, well-staffed, and underbooked. The lack of the crowd made for a perfect and quiet romantic getaway for my Husband & I. The suite, facilities, amenities, dining, and service staff were top-notch! Only complaint is that their television selection was horribly out-dated (all programs were from the 2000’s to 2010). Even the movies for purchase was very outdated! For the premium rate of our stay, I would have expected a bit more in-room entertainment, and not have to purchase movies. In addition, the volume was oddly different between channels. We would love to return to this amazing resort, but truly hope that they make significant updates to their television selection.
