"Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Mayan monkey! Fun themed evenings, really large private room, and close to the marina. It is on the other end of the marina so I would maybe not have loved walking home alone at night but with someone else it was not a problem. Would return! "

"The hotel is beautiful, on the beach with amazing views. The rooms were clean and cleaned once a day. We enjoyed that we were able to go to hotel next door for their pool parties then back to ours for some relaxation. The food was good for an all inclusive resort. Next time we come back we’ll be staying here again! Only 8 mins from down town where we went for lunch and an excursion. Evening entertainment was also fun to watch. "

"Great experience. This was our second time staying here. Amazing views of Medrano Beach and the Arch from the pool area. Several different dining options. Solid food, with the exception of the Asian restaurant which was almost inedible. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again"
