This property met all of our expectations, the yard was especially nice with mature trees and shrubs, (we picked our own grapefruit)and lots of privacy. The kitchen was very well equipped, we were able to do most of our own cooking. We used the the gas grill a lot! When we wanted to go out there were a few restaurants within walking distance. It came fully stocked with everything that you need to cook a great meal, which you can eat on the rooftop deck with a view of the ocean. Kevin is the absolute best.
