"Lyrics Restaurant not a great experience. Food was good, but servers didn’t seem to enjoy their jobs and some side items came out later than main course. No Concierge and front desk not aware of where grocers, drug stores, or popular dining spots were. "

"Everything was basically as promised. Had a good stay besides one thing - bathroom was tiny with a bad smell coming from the drains. They need immediate plumbing work as of 3/18/26"

"The night staff was rude. When checking in the first thing he asked was "how many people were checking in?" I said 2, he replied "NO GUEST!" The room was basic and clean for what we needed. Stores and freeway are pretty close. I was glad to leave and will not be back."

"Room was pretty clean but there was a wadded up Kleenex on the floor under the bathroom sink. The staff was extremely thoughtful and courteous! Upon checking in the front desk guy saw I was disabled and had me sit on the couch while he checked me in. Huge help!! Also gave us first level accessible rooms close to parking garage. Huge help!! My room was right across from the pool which I loved. It also had sliding glass doors which was awesome to let our dog outside. Huge help!!! The food we ordered from the restaurant for dinner was good except I asked for a bowl of soup and the portion was about a half cup!"

"Need to clean the air conditioning unit. Smelled like someone had urinated in the vents, so imagine the smell of the air coming out. I had to turn it off because of the stench. The walls are thin so heaven help you if you are next to a circus monkey that stays on the phone all night! I complained to the night person but the chimp neighbor continued his monkey shines! I’ve stayed here several times so it’s not usually bad…."
