✰ House 1- (4 BR/4.5 BA) with an open floor plan, kitchen that merges into the dining area, and two living room areas with great indoor/outdoor flow.   
  
✰ House 2- On the back wing of the property, you will find a 3000 sq/ft, 3 BR/3BA second house with its own full kitchen, living room, laundry room and 2 large suites with a beautiful view of the private landscaped zen garden. All 3 bedrooms in this home have their own private entrances.   
  
✰ House 3- to the side of the pool, you'll find a bachelor studio apartment with full bathroom, mini fridge, smart TV, tempurpedic mattress, and desk  
  
✰ JUST ADDED - beautifully renovated 24’ \*\*vintage trailer\*\* •Sleeps 2-4\. One queen bed in main bedroom & two bunk beds off the kitchen. (bunks best suited for kids!)

We stayed at the property with a group of 12 women, and it was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs at our own private luxury retreat.The property is incredibly spacious, everyone had more than enough room, and the layout made it perfect for both group activities and quiet downtime. The HUGE pool was the heart of our stay; we spent hours lounging, floating, talking, and laughing. The private gym was a great bonus for those who wanted to keep up their routines, and the expansive yard gave us space for games, photos, and just enjoying the sunshine.The kitchen and dining areas made group meals easy, and having 10 bathrooms was a lifesaver—no waiting or rushing! Everything was clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up for large groups. We also loved the convenience of ample parking and the safety and exclusivity of the gated entrance, which made the whole stay feel peaceful and secure.This property truly lived up to its “private resort” title. It was the perfect setting for connection, relaxation, and celebration. We are already talking about coming back for a couples trip! Highly recommend—especially for large groups looking for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable moments together.

My group of 10 very much enjoyed our three night stay! We were greeted at check-in and given a tour of the two houses on the property along with the pool and hot tub - both of which we made frequent use of during the weekend. Everything on the property was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms were all exceptionally comfortable, most everyone had private space and a private bathroom, terrific all around! The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and glassware, plus pots and pans for cooking a few meals. There is a grocery store within very reasonable walking distance (which we also learned sells beer, wine and liquor - a surprise to those of us from New York) so that made things very easy, and the location was also very convenient in getting to Dodger Stadium and the Rose Bowl on consecutive days. Overall we had a fantastic time, and the hosts were extremely helpful!

It does not get better than this! For a group of 10 life-long friends who wanted to spend a few days together but wanted to have their own space (read: bedroom and bathroom), this was the perfect weekend home. The house is as advertised - spacious, clean, full of high-end amenities, and in a great location. The unexpected bonus was it became the group’s weekend sanctuary - everyone wanted to stay at the house to enjoy luxurious and inviting communal spaces, outdoor games, firepits, and the pool and hot tub. This one is bookmarked for return trips without a doubt!

It was just about perfect for our group! Everyone had a great time. It was nice having all of the areas to get together. The pool area/barbeque was wonderful. We used the video equipment in the second house to show family videos and everyone loved that. The only problem was with a family member who was handicapped and could not get in and out of the pool (or the very high bed in the primary bedroom).

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home while celebrating the life of our beloved Dad. It was the perfect setting for such a meaningful gathering—comfortable, spacious, and enjoyable for both kids and adults alike. This is your “go to” LA resort style vacation home. It was absolutely wonderful. Pictures are spot on, beds/pillows/linens/towels were all A. Best sleep I’ve ever had away from home, bar none! Easy check in, EXTREMELY responsive owners! We had minor questions and felt comfortable communicating with the team. This is a fantastic vacation home where you can stay and play while in LA. Everything you need is right there and the heated pool was the primary location for our group’s fun, sun, and relaxation. I highly recommend this vacation home and hope to return. The 9 bedrooms were PERFECT for our family reunion/surprise Anniversary celebration. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!

When I say this was one of the best homes we've ever stayed in, I absolutely mean it. You are going to regret NOT staying here.This home was breathtaking! We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday, and everyone loved the property. We invited my boyfriend's family to celebrate with us during the day, and there was so much space for all of us! The property was so clean and had everything we needed. We will DEFINITELY be back! We rented the property to host our daughters’ birthday party. The house and pool were both spectacular. Everything was in pristine condition with every amenity you could want. The property manager was great and responsive, gave us a very efficient yet thorough tour on check-in. Absolutely wonderful experience on all levels - an 11 out of 10\.

#### Fit for a Movie Star (but thankfully available to mere mortals like us)

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live like a movie star—without the paparazzi—this place nails it. We booked this epic 9BR/10BA compound for my son’s graduation, and it outshone every VRBO we’ve ever stayed in (and we’ve done ski chalets, beach mansions, all of it).The front house was our party hub. The back house was our quiet oasis. And the side house became the perfect sanctuary for the one guy in our group who decided to work all week—desk, bathroom, full privacy. Every room had its own bathroom (plus extras!), total opulence. Soft white sheets that felt like sleeping on a cloud with good credit. Bathrooms stocked like a boutique hotel. Plush towels for days (including enough pool towels to avoid awkward soggy reuses). Even the artwork felt curated—fresh, bold, and trendy without trying too hard.The pool was massive, warm, and immaculate. The hot tub was dialed in. Cornhole and pool toys made the outdoor area feel like a true L.A. resort, and the garden in the back? Total fairytale. Like, “I half-expected a talking rabbit” fairytale.The host was next-level—gracious, generous, and ready to help with anything we needed. The house was stocked to perfection. We’re talking next-level hospitality. If we had asked for a llama in a tuxedo, I think it would’ve shown up in 30 minutes. Honestly, it felt like the kind of place movie stars live—but thankfully, it was ours for the week.Book it. Before the actual movie stars take it back.

#### Dreamy oasis 

This compound is perfect for a huge group to stay comfortably and wake up to bliss, it has a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi with many fire pits, a bar, games, and a movie room. We never had to leave. It was also so close to the freeway, Burbank airport, and Universal Studios! The house makes you feel like you are a celebrity!

#### PERFECT FAMILY DESTINATION

Our family has rented many vacation properties but this one was the best by far. It was the perfect spot for our holiday family reunion. The photos in the gallery are great and the property is just as beautiful in person. Between the front house and back house, the property was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner and staff members were extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. The house was so comfortable and inviting, we chose to relax in the jacuzzi and heated pool over LA sightseeing. We would definitely rent this property again.

#### Long weekend stay

We had a group that was in town for a long weekend primarily for a college football game. We had 7 couples and the property was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone, along with great communal space highlighted by the pool, bar and spa. It was absolutely perfect. Bennett and Cossette were great with the check in and willing to help with anything and everything. Highly recommend this property for any large group like ours!

This property is amazing. The three houses were a great fit for our large family. All the amenities, games, supplies were something like I’ve never experienced at a rental home.
