It’s attached to the owner’s house but feels very private, quiet, and secure. The space was extremely clean and well-furnished, with a very comfortable bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of closet space, which made it easy to settle in.The guaranteed parking spot and on-site laundry facilities were a plus, and the owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. It was a very busy and stressful week of moving but every time I got to the apartment to wind down, I was instantly relaxed. Apartment is equipped with everything you need and there’s a parking space always available. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s a little Long Beach oasis. Denise was such a gracious host, she was available for anything I needed and she made the check in and check out process so easy. The 3 doggies were friendly and playful. The property was well located for the work we needed to accomplish. I felt very safe as the property and apartment were well locked. There are all the appliances and supplies you need to cook. Now for the not for the not so good stuff. If you have a long vehicle, I drive a big truck, you may have a difficult time fitting in the space provided. If you would like to sleep in past 5:00 am this is not the place for you. During the week when people are up and leaving for work one or both dogs will bark. This did not distract us from the overall performance. Which was excellent. A couple of small things that need to be fixed. The refrigerator door has a loud squeak. A little wd40 will fix that problem. The shower head is too large for the mounting bracket. We had trouble keeping in place. ##### Rick C. But it’s not a big deal. It’s a comfortable place, with plenty of space. Having a dedicated parking spot is great, but only if you have anything smaller than a truck, and so does anyone else who is staying there at the same time as you, because trucks need two spaces. Otherwise, you’ll have to find parking on the street, and usually, if you’re out all day, you rarely find parking on the street when you get back at night. But I would stay here again Diane was a great host and it’s nice to feel like your at home instead of just some random hotel. ##### Omar R. Our stay was for a month. The host was very attentive but we had our privacy as well. Someone comes in to clean each week for a longer stay like ours! The apartment is stocked with everything you would need and plenty of extras: dishes, pots and pans, bowls, silverware, utensils, pantry items, basic spices and olive oil, towels, toilet tissue, paper towels. I can't say enough good about the host. I could tell that she was very busy in her life, but she took the time to make sure we were well taken care of. She even surprised us with some treats. There are bus stops within half a block and 2 grocery stores about 1/2-3/4 mile away. Uber and Lyft were quick. If you want some doggy time, her 3 dogs are super sweet.
