L’appartement est infesté de cafards. L’isolation sonore est plus que médiocre. On entend la télé des voisins comme si on y était ! However the bed was so hard it was actually painful in the morning. There were also some stains on the couch cover and the kitchen knives need to be sharpened. Overall the place was clean but needs a little TLC. Parking in the area is not bad! It’s what you can expect in any metropolitan area. No residential permit required and you can normally get a spot within a block. Just be aware of street sweeping. Mario is not at all responsive! The only cons were the neighbors, walls are pretty thin but by the time we were going to bed (10-11pm) it was super calm again and last parking could be a struggle, but I think we got pretty lucky and always managed to park super close like just 1 minute or 2 walking distance. The next door neighbor had the same issue when they tried to check in around midnight and ended up leaving and not returning. Place was clean and check in was easy. No air conditioning (only central heat), but the weather was nice enough to have the windows open. There is a fan in the closet if it gets too hot. Only street parking, so future guests keep that in mind. Pay attention to street cleaning days! Close to Venice Beach and Santa Monica, and a quick ride to LAX. Very convenient for our stay.
