Nov 30, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Amazing amd quiet retreat. The home has everything you need. And sits on a great corner lot with hedges to give you privacy. The Sonos Soinds system was amazing (so download the app before you stay), and it has zones for outside, inside, etc. great different preferences. The outside seating was abundant and it was awesome to sit on the wrap around deck every morning to soak in the sun while sipping our coffee.There’s and outside tub and inside shower, a very California vibe!!! The projector was great to watch a family movie on and chill on the nice big futon couches. There’s a high tech toilet complete with European cleaning system ;) don’t worry, not your thing, you can turn it off. The beds were super comfy and each room had a separate heater/fan just in case you don’t want to turn in the central air, or need a little extra. We used ours as a white noise machine. The neighborhood is very safe and people are Friendly, lots of dog walkers all around. And beach is straight down the street, less than 7 mins away. Parking right at the beach (pay), super easy, then you can walk down to the Venice boardwalk from there, less than a mile from parking. Great food all over down there too. Try Washington Square for amazing pizza and service. Lastly, Rad is a super amazing host; need something or something not working, just let him know, he’ll take care of you.
