You can access the property from the walk street or from the alley on either side of the property. I am available by phone or text anytime. We’re about 2 blocks from the beach and less than a half a mile from the pier. It\`s a quiet, upscale beach neighborhood with lots of families and retired people. There are many multi-million dollar homes. The area is known to be home of many LA Kings players. Walking distance to tons of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. North End Bar & Grill is a local favorite with incredible prices and food. Hermosa beach is known for Volleyball and the tournaments. Hangout at the famous Hermosa beach pier with great night life. Lot’s of good music. Walk Score rates the neighborhood \`Very Walkable and Very Bikeable\`, and if you wanted you wouldn\`t need to drive anywhere. \-Several Beach Rental shops are less than a mile away for bikes and boards you can rent (Jeffers, Next Adventure) \-The downstairs bedroom has it\`s own entrance from the outside but must walk up spiral staircase and through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. The spiral staircase is pretty small and compact, but cute and safe. However, please exercise caution. \-The property is technically a triplex because there is a 2 bedroom house on the front street entrance and a studio apartment on the bottom floor. They each have their own areas and separate entrances. Some of the outdoor flower garden is shared and the laundry room is shared. No parties or Events. No smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. (Really quiet neighborhood) If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. If your dog poops, clean it up. Please don\`t let your dog go poo or pee on the fake grass. Sorry, No barbequing. Laundry hours between 8am and 8pm. Pets: We would love for you to bring your furry friend. Beach was just down the hill. Short walk on the Strand takes you to the shops, restaurants in Manhattan beach or Hermosa the other direction. The address the host showed me was wrong. It's address is not Manhattan beach, Hermosa beach. So, we had very hard time to find it after the long flight from Japan and we exhausted very much. The web page says it is with parking but there is no parking lot.2\. All the restaurant information the host gave were around Manhattan beach so it was useless.3\. Although the host missed to send me the payment information, she just told me that I have not paid yet again and again. It made me embarrassing so much. ##### K I. The home is exactly as pictured on listing and there were no surprises. It is an adorable little house with lots of outside living spaces. The one bathroom is tough for a family but of course that is stated in the listing. The location is unbeatable and the house came with a parking pass which is a must have if you have a car because all nearby parking requires a residential pass. We had to buy some fans even though they had some provided- the no AC thing proved to be challenging a few nights but overall we survived just fine. Most homes in Hermosa don’t have air-conditioning. it is walking distance to a little grocery store and breakfast spot that we fell in love with. Super close to the beach. We felt safe having the windows open 24/7and loved the fresh air. Appreciate all of the amenities provided like cable & Internet.
