This top-floor newly renovated condo offers an unforgettable coastal escape with views from Catalina Island to the Malibu Mountains. The unit provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to four guests (2 queen beds), with spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms and cozy linens to ensure a good night's rest. Each bedroom can utilize their own updated bathroom, ensuring comfort, privacy and convenience. The fully-equipped open-concept kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals from home, complete with modern applications, all the necessary cookware and glassware, a 6 seater dining table as well as 3 kitchen bar stools. On the private balcony, you will find a propane grill and a small table so you can dine alfresco. There is also an indoor gas fireplace if you want to snuggle up on the couch and get cozy on those breezy winter nights. Plenty of beach and bath towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee pot, and more. Loved relaxing with the windows open listening to the ocean waves and watching the sunset from the balcony. Walked the Strand to Simmzy’s for lunch and visited the pier and aquarium. The place was clean and well stocked. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and the windows. Everything you could need to cook a meal is in the kitchen and everything is labeled so you know where to find what you need. The driveway is small but the garage is very large. We had requested a van for our rental but ended up with a giant Suburban that was way to big for most of the places we tried to park at but it fit in the garage. I know other reviews said the driveway scraped the bottom of their cars because of the angle but we did not have that problem at all. Beach chairs and towels provided are a wonderful perk. I would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever decide to come back to CA! ##### Kristen D. The unit was as described and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time at this beautiful beach! A short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants.. great location! Beds were comfy and unit was nicely furnished. We loved having the sea air blow in every evening. Pretty view! We had a rental car and appreciated the dedicated parking spots - MB is a busy place!
