Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it would drop and we’d have to take the bed apart to fix it repeatedly.There isn’t anything that can be done about the parking or construction, just be prepared.The staff was extremely conscientious, quick to respond, and very helpful. They checked in on us via text to make sure we were doing good and didn’t need anything else. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm.
