It’s an old building, which meant you could hear the guests above you (rudely at 1am…) added to the street noise (which was unbelievable even with earphones) and the AC which wasn’t efficient, it made sleeping next to impossible. A comfortable place to stay with helpful staff. When we complained we were told that the cleaning staff had left for the day. When I asked for fresh sheets in hopes that it would help with the smell I was told that the cleaning staff had left for the day and could only be offered fresh pillow cases. The room was very dark with insufficient lighting. The bed was atrociously uncomfortable. You would think that with all of the Ben Gay in the room I wouldn’t have woken up with a stiff back. Nevertheless I did. I get it- location, location, location. I was there for a wedding. Next time I’ll commute to the event.
