I feel cheated
I booked a Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony, Ocean View, what i saw on the picture was a beautiful room with a few, the balcony had a glass railing that you could see through. What i got was a filthy room with a stained carpet and dirty bed sheets, the balcony railing was made of thick concrete, pretty high, to see the view you had to go outside and lean over the railing. The sink in the bedroom wasn't draining we asked for a room replacement, they told us the they can not give us another room unless we pay for an upgrade, and that they will fix the sink. We came back in the evening the sink was not fixed. We paid $1750 for three nights, I expected a little more or at least what i paid for.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for your poor experience. In looking at your photos, it seems that you were in fact placed into the room type that you booked, however the location within the building is what caused the room layout to be slightly different than our photos, and for that I apologize. Furthermore, I am so very sorry at the condition of this room and that we were unable to find a suitable alternative while you were here. Though I understand that your cannot be undone, I would very much like to opportunity to show you a true Miramar experience and hope you will book again.
