This guesthouse has its own separate gated entrance located behind the property. The high-pitched ceiling makes the space feel expansive while the clerestory windows stretch along the upper walls, lending to a bright and warm atmosphere. A loft area overlooks the living area and adds square footage for those needing a little extra space for work, relaxation or simply storage. The studio is furnished with a King-sized bed and the kitchen is fully equipped making it easy for tenants to prepare meals.
