There were about 10 lockboxes and it was kind of dark so hard to tell which one was the correct box. After we figured it out, the Studio was perfect for 3 older women. Everything is as described. Another towel rack and hook near the shower entrance would be nice. Bathroom door is hard to close. The mattress is soft, but we'd rather it be soft than too hard. Lory is an amazing host and has great communication skills. The entrance was a breeze; however, our truck was a bit too tall for the parking structure part of the building, but finding parking was super easy. What we loved was the walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shops, oh and not to forget the toilet. Will be staying here again and highly recommend it.
