Thoughtful supplies in the kitchen and bathroom made it feel like home, and a noise machine in the bedroom to help drown out city sounds was a nice touch! Place was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing (which is rare in my experience). Laundry facilities were also a bonus. The parking situation was not great, as this is the only rental on the property without a designated space, so we ended up paying 160 to park in the lot down the street for the week. Trader Joe’s is a 6 min walk away, and the walk of fame is about an 8 minute walk. If you are looking to stay in Hollywood, this is a really great, affordable, and cozy option. ##### Laura T. The bedroom was small but bed was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, including spices coffee and teas. Bathroom was very modern. Living space was spacious with comfortable furniture. It was chilly when we were there and a throw cover would have been nice. Location was perfect, Trader Joe's in walking distance, Bus line 2 blocks away and Hollywood Walk of Fame only a block. Walked to the bus stop to catch the bus to the Griffith Observatory. Clean buses and seniors ride for 35 cents. Didn't use the laundry but it looked nice. The only negative was we recycle and could'nt find any bins. garbage was at least 85% recycled material.
