The host was very helpful navigating how to find parking & the unit. The views are stupendous! Great harbor view, great lights at night. Location is excellent! The unit itself could use a facelift - it’s showing its age. Bedroom window wouldn’t open, glass doors to patio were difficult to open. Couch was comfy as were the soft mattresses on the beds. Towels were tired & we only had 2 in our bathroom & we had to use them for potholders& dish towels as there were none. Microwave didn’t work. There were no baking sheets or a spatula so cooking was a bit of a challenge. There was only one hair dryer for 2 bathrooms. There are 4 elevators. One was not working the entire time & 2 were a fairly long walk to access & we had 2 guests who have difficulty walking. We had a lovely time in spite of some challenges. We enjoyed the view & the proximity to Venice Beach.

Everything was great! Hard to find the elevator to check in the parking garage but that's just the nature of the building.

Challenging to navigate through parkaid to unit. My biggest complaint would be they noted premium memory foam mattresses but the are just blocks of foam. Very uncomfortable for all ages of travellers (20-78) the unit itself is nice and was clean however the AC is very loud and you cannot sleep if it is running.

e gem in Venice Beach, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The apartment itself is stunning, meticulously clean, and boasts incredible views that the photos don't even do justice. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish; they were responsive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome.Our only suggestion for an even better experience would be to provide a short video tutorial for check-in. Navigating the parking garage and elevator system for the first time was a minor challenge, and a visual guide would make that initial arrival process flawless. That said, this is a minor point in an otherwise perfect stay. We highly recommend this beautiful spot and are already looking forward to our next visit!
