Anything questions we had he was quick to answer and provide a solution for. The unit itself was clean and very easy to access. Great for a couple and maybe 1 or 2 small children. In my case, it was myself and my daughter and I let her have the bed and I used the pullout sofa bed. The location is convenient to many locations. I was working most of the time I was there and WiFi was reliable and air condition worked flawless. Would reocmmend to anyone visiting the area. Thanks Danny! ##### Dan H.
