With stunning mountain and creek views, this home features inviting spaces, including a cozy fireplace and a TV room for relaxation. Enjoy friendly competition with the ping pong table, or unwind on the balcony with outdoor seating, where you can take in the serene surroundings. This hillside hideaway creates a peaceful and stylish atmosphere for a memorable Malibu escape.  
  
The Malibu area offers an array of outdoor activities set against breathtaking coastal scenery. At Point Mugu State Park, explore hiking and biking trails that wind through canyons and bluffs with sweeping ocean views. Nearby, Zuma Beach and Leo Carrillo State Park invite visitors to enjoy sunbathing, surfing, and beachcombing along sandy shores. For wildlife lovers, whale watching and tide-pooling along the coast reveal diverse marine life. Picnic areas, coastal caves, and photography spots also make it a paradise for nature enthusiasts and adventurers.

Perched on a magnificent canyon, the home is very safe and built to withstand inclement strong winds, but it may rattle or shake, and windows are best left closed when not home.  
  
Please note that this home is located in a coastal area where guests may occasionally notice a mild sulfur-like odor in the air, especially during low tide.  
  
This is a completely natural occurrence caused by the tides and is not related to the home’s cleanliness.The scent typically dissipates quickly, and air fresheners have been placed throughout the home to ensure comfort. If you notice anything unusual during your stay, our team is always happy to assist.
